"Chelsea, has total control of her company, she cares about each and every client Her staff is competent. Warm and responsive. "In the four decades that my husband and I have been State Farm customers for auto, home and umbrella policies in multiple cities across four states, Chelsea Stutzman is the best of all the good agents we have worked with. She models excellence in communication and follow through and the team that works in her office is top notch. It may be that one doesn't really know how good their agent is until one needs to file a claim. Last year we had to file our first in four decades of home coverage when we had a hot water tank leak that required remediation services for work inside the house and in the garage. My husband called Chelsea to ask "What do we do now?" and she walked him through the reporting process, explained what to expect from the claims adjuster and followed up when she needed to. We also had to file a claim for a windshield replacement that included recalibration of sensors and cameras for which the vendor did not bill insurance. We paid him directly then filed for reimbursement from State Farm and within 24 hours of submitting the paid invoice to Chelsea, she personally dropped off the reimbursement check to our home."
