"When I moved here a few years ago, Chelsea made the transition so easy and explained everything in detail for both my cars and home insurance. My insurance actually went down a bit during a yearly review. Chelsea and her office will take the time to explain in details what is going on with rates and will always give the best deal to me. Highly recommend! Amazing people in this office!"

"Chelsea is our State Farm agent and has provided excellent customer service. Whenever I call her office my needs are immediately met. We recently experienced a damage claim and had some difficulty obtaining payment which had nothing to do with Chelsea's office. The claim was handled by an entirely separate department. As soon as I escalated the issue to Chelsea, it was resolved immediately, and she hand delivered the payment to ensure we received it timely. I would not hesitate to recommend her as an agent."

"Wonderful agency!! The entire team has taken great care of my family. I also saved over $1000 on my home and car insurance but actually am getting better coverage. They weren’t pushy and extremely patient with me going through all the different coverage options. They also were great about keeping me in the loop on switching my home owners insurance when my mortgage company had a mixup. I love that I also have a local agent and know that I can reach out directly if I have any issues instead of dealing with a 1-800 company."

"Moving to Idaho had its shares of bumps. We welcomed them as we were so happy to be here! SF rep Chelsea made our transition so much earlier! She on more than a few occasions went out of her way to get our questions answered and we just loved her kindness and wonderful disposition as well as knowledge! We recently had someone hit our car and we made the mistake of not getting all the info we needed and Casey Reilley who is an account rep in the same office was a HUGE HELP!! "I have been with State Farm for over 17 years. I moved my business to Chelsea two years ago because her office is two miles from my house. In that time she has demonstrated that she values my business (i.e. annual outreach to review my policies, helping me get quotes for my teenage drivers, etc.).
